Every student coming to campus for classes or services must submit vaccination proof into Cleared4 OR take weekly COVID-19 tests. Both Vaccines and Tests are is free on Campus. For more info:

Vax or Test FAQs

    • Can't access student email?

      If you get an Authorization Error, please retry logging in to your portal.

      If you still have trouble, our top recommendation is to go into "incognito" or "privacy" mode in your browser. Then sign into portal and open Mountie Mail. This will help work around personal Gmail conflicts as well.

    • Winter Students Cleared4 accounts

      First of all, thank you for being proactive. Winter students will be sent their Cleared4 account via email within a few days AFTER enrolling in Winter course/s. You will get a unique URL that is specific to each student. Please check your student email. Example: username@student.mtsac.edu email. (This can be found in the portal)

    • Vaccines are FREE

      Students who would like to get a COVID-19 vaccine can get them FREE through their local doctor’s offices or pharmacies. They are also FREE, regardless of insurance and immigration status. Students just need to bring proof of age, using any official document that shows their name and date of birth, such as a CA ID, Medicare card, passport from any country, birth certificate, membership card, or immunization records. 

      The Student Health Center has vaccination clinics every Thursday (Building 67B).

      WEDNESDAY CLINICS

      The clinics will be held on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Kerr’s Corner, near the Library entrance and Mountie Café:

      • Wednesday, November 10, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
      • Wednesday, November 17, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.  
      • Wednesday, November 24, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.  
      • Wednesday, December 1, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.  
      • Wednesday, December 8, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.  

      Vaccines will be provided by appointment through the Fulgent website at vaccine.fulgentgenetics.com.

    • Step by Step: How to load Vaccine card info

      Claim your Cleared4 account:

      1. Go to student portal
      2. Click on Mountie Mail at top (student email)
      3. For those with personal Gmail accounts, use a different browser like Chrome, Firefox or use incognito/private mode
      4. Search for email from Cleared4
      5. Find email with subject “Welcome to Cleared4 at Mt San Antonio College”
      6. Click on URL link inside. This is a unique link for each student, do not share.
      7. Bookmark this URL and make it easily accessible
      8. Expert tip for those with smartphones, “Save to homescreen” and it will save like an app icon
      9. Read and accept disclaimer
      10. Update profile, especially with cell phone number

      Enter Vaccine Info

      1. Click on Enter Your Vaccination Data
      2. (recommended) Use built in camera function to take photo of vaccine card
      3. Or add file, best if it is a screenshot as some photos can be an incompatible format like a “live photo”
      4. Add dose dates with calendar function or type format MM/DD/YYYY
      5. Hit submit
      6. You will see a Submitted Successfully pop up
      7. You have to wait a bit to receive a “Congratulations, your vaccination has been verified” notice
      8. Check Cleared4 account for a green Access Pass button

      Common  error/ troubleshooting tips are:

      • image is "live"
      • image is PDF
      • dose date format is not MM/DD/YYYY
      • you only have 1 dose
      • you still need to wait 14 days after 2nd dose.
    • Why am I not Cleared, yet?

      If you submitted your vax card over a week ago and still do not see a green Access Pass, please resubmit. Errors can occur if:

      1. Image is "live"
      2. Image is PDF
      3. Dose date format is not MM/DD/YYYY
      4. you only have 1 dose
      5. you still need to wait 14 days after 2nd dose.

    • Laptop & WiFi Hotspot Loan Program

      Laptop Loan Request Form

      Students who are currently using a laptop on loan from Mt. SAC and/or are accessing wifi through a device issued by Mt. SAC, are able to keep their technology if they will be enrolled in summer or fall courses.

      Students who will no longer be attending Mt. SAC must return their technology immediately . Use this link: Technology Loan Return Appointment to set up your drive-thru return date.
